The PASC District 8 Conference is approaching. The conference will be held at Elizabethtown Area High School on February 17, 2017. At the conference, attendees will learn about the skills necessary to be a leader, while gaining knowledge about how to be successful when working with others. High school and middle school students are invited to listen to Keynote speakers such as Senator Ryan Aument and learn from their peers about leadership in workshops. Students will leave the conference more educated about the PASC organization, with their leadership skills refined and new friends!

What is a district conference?
District conferences are important events where neighboring councils of a specific district meet in order to better their councils and schools. Students are given opportunities to share ideas with one another as well as collaborating on new ideas and making lifelong friends. Students partake in activities in which they learn important skills that can later be taken back to their council. Students are also given the privilege to listen to a speakers who advice and encouragement to make each individual strive to better themselves, their student council, and their school.
